2 - Chuck is fighting for ownership of his company with Russell Thorpe, Howard Archibal and his uncle Jack Bass, recognizing that Thorpe's daughter, Raina had slept with Nate.
3 - Somehow Chuck & Blair will spend a night of passion together to discover what might make them happy in the future.
4 - While Chuck & Blair spent the night together, Russell Thorpe decides to take revenge once and for all about Chuck and his entire family, burning the Empire Hotel, in an attempt accidentally kills the daughter Raina .
5 - part by Louis Monaco Blair and Chuck is accused of setting fire to the Empire Hotel and killing Raina.
